Carl J. Wallace
Carl began his career as a banker with Pittsburgh National Bank (now PNC Bank) in his home town of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.  Carl moved to Washington DC in 1990 with his family beginning an operational position with then DC National Bank (now BoA).  As a special assets manager or Chief Credit Officer, Carl focused primarily on "workout" or restructure issues associated with bank portfolios and corporations.  This experience has allowed him to master "variable management", the identification and resolution of issues and characteristics that most inhibit the growth and profitability of small businesses and corporations. Over the last two decades Carl has established dozens of relationships with professionals, local banks, IT distributors, government contractors, associations and business owners  - recognizing the synergy and benefits these relationships may bring.  Carl has written business and operational plans for local firms including; Wallen Builders, Bread & Chocolate, Inc, GEC Energy, MMREM (real estate management), Altarus Corp (software), Millennium Bank and others.

Carl is a proud ex-member of the United States Marine Corps (USMCR - E-4) and business graduate of National Louis University. Carl is active in a number of professional organizations including Mindshare (association of local high-tech CEO's and owners) and the local Chamber of Commerce.
